Tip of the MonthOT With a Gripping Idea
Occupational Therapists often have great ideas for adaptations you can make to your kayak equipment. These paddle grips were put together using standard hospital equipment in the form of foam and straps. One word of caution is that you always need to be able to remove your hand and body from any equipment. Do not strap the paddle to yourself. This simple grip system merely assists the paddler.
WHAT WE DO: Family Fun on the Water! Look for us at Stone Lagoon, Big Lagoon County Park or Trinidad Cove.
