Payment:

Kayak Zak’s accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or PayPal.  All services are due and payable at time of activity unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation due to adverse weather/water/environmental conditions or road closure: Full refund/no charge.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled activity: No refund.
Cancellation 72 to 24 hours before scheduled activity: 10% reschedulling charge.
Cancellation prior to 72 hours before scheduled activity: Full refund/no charge.

Refusal policy:

Safety is always of utmost importance.  Be advised that alcohol and drugs have no place in kayaking activities.  Intoxicated persons will not be accommodated. Dangerous behavior will not be tolerated.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any safety reason.  Our trips will be cancelled with no prior notice in the event of adverse environmental conditions.
